General Maintenance Contractors Wanted!

It's busy season and Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add general maintenance contractors to the team. The location of work will depend on your home base. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance, NOT turns, rehabs or remodels. Please do not contact if you are looking for remodels or rehabs. The jobs we have are suited for one guy not a whole crew. Quality and reliability are the keys to success with us.

Must have:

-Own truck

-Own tools

Looking for someone who can do:

-Drywall/texture/painting

-Light plumbing

-Light electrical

-Fence work

-Roof Repairs

-General handyman/maintenance work

The Pay:

-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.

-Pay is by direct deposit on a NET30 or NET7 basis
