Skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician Needed (Metairie)

At 1st Lake Properties we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to service tenant needs at our small portfolio of commercial properties

What you will do:

The Maintenance Technician for our Commercial portfolio will perform the following duties:

-Address and correct electrical and plumbing concerns for our commercial tenants

-Perform preventative maintenance

-Complete service requests

-Common area building repairs

-Inventory Control & maintenance paperwork

-Minor Painting

-Janitorial & Grounds duties as necessary

-Minor on call duties for major emergencies only

Requirements:

-Must possess tools and reliable transportation

-Ability to efficiently and effectively provide maintenance services to our commercial tenants

-Ability to operate a smart phone

-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits include:

-Full time employment with minimal on-call responsibilities

-Hourly pay plus auto allowance to travel between all the properties and run general errands
