Job Description

Evolution Gaming is looking for an Attorney based out of Philadelphia or New Jersey who will be responsible for the following functions:

• Prepare and review commercial, lease and employment contracts and other legal documentations to support the company’s operations in North America
• Support operational and HR teams in the various locations in North America
• Maintain corporate set-up in North America
• Review Company’s and Group policies and procedures for the compliance with local legal requirements;
• Liaise with other departments of theCompany in all locations in North America (US and Canada) and provide them with legal support; and
• Liaise with law firms on crucial issues of the Company

Qualifications

• Law degree (bar exam civil law), Master considered an asset
• 3-5 years’ experience as commercial lawyer (law firm or in-house);
• Good knowledge of corporate, commercial, real estate, employment law;
• Ability to work hard and be proactive;
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying risks and proactively choosing the best solutions
