The Senior Research Administrator Coordinator will work with the Center’s programmatic team and report to the R-IV PHTC associate director.

This position will have primary responsibility for training and field placement data management, including the development of evaluation summaries and quantitative/ qualitative analyses to demonstrate impact.

The position will recruit and train graduate assistant(s) to assist in data collection, coding and analysis.

In addition, this position will develop reports for management as well as may conduct literature searches and assist in publications.

The position will oversee quality assurance activities related to enduring training products.

The Senior Research Administrator Coordinator will serve as project liaison to outside organizations and government agencies, will represent the R-IV PHTC at skill-based trainings throughout the 8 state region, and will work with other R-IV PHTC staff to plan and implement meetings and trainings, including online, self-paced modules.

In non-pandemic times, this position requires travel to the eight Region IV states.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in a science discipline, business management, or related field and two years of related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

Note: An approved CAS Exception is required for anyone who is charged to a federal grant or contract under this job code.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A Master in Public Health (MPH) degree from a CEPH-accredited school or program of public health

Experience in public health practice and workforce development

Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis

Experience planning and evaluating training programs

Experience working with federally required training and student placement data elements

Proficient use of MS Excel and other data analysis programs

Experience supervising and mentoring public health student workers

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the field of adult education and competency-based curriculum development

Experience with using Zoom, Adobe Connect, or similar web conferencing software, for instructional sessions

Experience developing training materials for both in person and online environments (including self-paced modules)
