Robert Half Finance is currently hiring for a progressive company. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Preferably, you should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. This position gives you a great opportunity to work for a company that recognizes hard work and rewards results as the Accounting Manager. this Accounting Manager position is a terrific opportunity for full-time employment.Day to day accounting matters including cash flow management, payroll, AP, AR, banking, expenses accounting, reconciliations, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory and other daily accounting functions.Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.Assure timely and accurate invoicing.Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.Seek to improve efficiencies with systems and process changes.Perform/manage monthly and annual close proceduresPrepare/review various reconciliationsManage HR functions as neededRequirementsPLEASE SUBMIT RESUME TO: CHRISTINA.TRAN@ROBERTHALF.COM-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience-Experience handling all accounting operations (AP, AR, Payroll, GL, Close)-Manufacture experience prefered but not required-Hands on, friendly, flexible

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
