Mature Leader/Carpenter construction help needed ASAP (Rochester)

We are a small company of 10 people. We remodel mostly kitchens & a few bathrooms.

We need a Leader-type ASAP. It is full-time & we have not needed to lay anyone off this winter. Instead, we are stupid busy.

I usually dont answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, so texting or emailing is prolly best way to start.
