JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for administrative functions within the Finance department with a specific focus in both accounts payable and receivable.

Essential Functions

  1. Daily use and updating of Roll Group accounting and finance software: Twinfield and Esize
  2. Administer proper coding and manage invoices and documentation within RLUSA systems
  3. Monitor all accounts payable and prepare updates on all accounts
  4. Full cycle AR/AP
  5. Process invoices using data received from operations on a daily basis
  6. Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required
  7. Perform research, reconcile all bank accounts and resolves all issues in the process
  8. Assist in the preparation of all financial data and reports, specifically for month end close
  9. Organize vendor contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices
  10. Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports
  11. Process check requests, ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received
  12. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees and others regarding purchases

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position eligible for overtime. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM including a one-hour lunch break.

Travel

Travel for this position is not required.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree/some college preferred.

Two years of previous related experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  1. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
