Job Description
- This is a virtual support role for temporary employment anticipated 10 to 12 months.
- Must be able to participate in virtual interviews, ability to work from home with internet and computer equipment to perform this role.
- Those selected must pass the pre-screening process consisting of education, criminal, employment, and drug testing background.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 to 40 words per minute with intermediate computer skills.
- Strong work ethic with ability to complete project.
Qualifications
- Min 1 to 2 years of Outbound contact center experience
- Must speak Spanish
