Job Description

CyberSource is looking for a talented, proactive, creative, energetic HTML/CSS/JavaScript engineer, who is passionate about UI/UX, to join the CyberSource team. You will be part CyberSource Product Development, leading and responsible for delivering highly functional, secure, scalable, and richinteractive web application user interfaces to CyberSource’s customers. Your fully cross functional team consists of UI developers, API developers,test engineers, scrum master, development manager, test engineering manager, technical product owners, and business product owner all operating with the Agile Scrum development methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate wireframes/mockups into functional HTML/JavaScript prototypes

  • Help build a reactive universal app employing technologies such as ReactJS.

  • Work with middle tier and back end developers on integrating HTML/JavaScript prototypes

  • Design and build proof-of-concepts on next generation UI applications

  • Debug/resolve HTML/CSS/JavaScript issues

  • Participate in demos and code reviews

  • Support multiple teams on their UI requirements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 5+ years in UI/UX development
  • Expert knowledge of JQuery and JavaScript standards including ES6
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and CSS4
  • Experience with XML and JSON
  • Experience with ReactJS
  • Experience with Web Components
  • Experience with Node.js, functional reactive programming, and FLUX architecture
  • Experience with Client side JavaScript charting technologies like D3 or FusionCharts
  • Experience with UI/UX development across different mediums like mobile and tablet devices
  • Knowledge of ADA concepts and ADA coding best practices

Additional Information

Work Hours This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours.

Travel Requirements This position requires the incumbent to travel for work less than 10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
