Automotive Tech (A/B Level) / NO WEEKENDS (Henrico/Lakeside)

We are seeking an A, or strong B, level automotive technician to complete our team. You should be able to work independently on most levels of repairs. The ability to diagnose complex problems and possessing your Virginia State Inspection license are not required, but would make you a strong contender for this position.

We need someone who can quickly learn how to use a cloud based shop management system and perform digital vehicle inspections on every vehicle. This would require you to be able to use a cell phone and a company provided laptop proficiently.

Being able to get along and work well with the other employees is a must. We have a team mentality and work for the good of the whole shop.

You would be working alongside an A level technician with superior diagnostic skills. We would like someone that could start working with little training, other than the workflow of our shop.

A valid driver’s license, proper tools and toolbox, and reliable transportation are required.

Paid training, paid vacations and sick time, and weekends off. Pay 50% of health insurance. Pay will be negotiated based on knowledge and experience.
