Pool construction/excavation

Join the largest pool dealer in Washington. We are looking to add a Swimming Pool Construction/installation Worker.

Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Pool Excavation and Layout.

- Grading and Rebar Tying.

- Plumbing of Pool Piping and Equipment.

- Tile Installation.

- Retaining walls

- Septic systems

- Auto covers

- Pavers

- Shoveling/picking/wheelbarrowing

- Concrete work

- Swimming Pool installation experience a bonus!

The ideal candidate for this position:

- Hardworking and self-motivated but also has a willingness to learn and retain information.

- Must display an upbeat personality.

- High mechanical aptitude a plus!

- Someone who wants to grow with the company.

Job Requirements

- Must be able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.

- This is a manual labor job, no one who works here is to good to grab a shovel.

- Must be able to lift 75lbs.

- Must be very mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools.

- Work does involve construction related tasks.

- Must have reliable transportation to get to work shop and a drivers license.

- Must be able to back up a construction trailer.

- Must have a good attitude.

- Willing to work out of town (Compensation)

- Drug free.

Compensation:

- $16-24+ DOE

- Seasonal bonus based on work performance and returning following season.

- Job Type: Full-time 40-60+ hours
