House Remodeler Needed for Dothan Real Estate mgmt Company local only (Dothan Alabama)

Experienced Multifaceted Dothan based Remodeler Needed! This position is for Fulltime good-paying long term work. (we have been in business over 20 years)

Maintenance and repair of existing and just purchased badly distressed houses in Dothan and 30 mile radius. Handyman, Finish Carpentry, Prepping , cleaning, Painting, Plumbing, Flooring, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Kitchen and bath remodeling) some Electrical, etc.

Must have own power tools, hand tools, license, Reliable truck, suv or van with your tools in it that you will be driving every day. I am not looking for a helper but for somebody who is self motivated and writes their own notes down. Pay is dependent upon your proven level of job fulfilment and completion.

Must be experienced and provide at least 4 job references with phone numbers. No felonies, no alcholics, no druggies, no con-men or theives. We read the bible and try to live by the principles therein. We need somebody we can trust and to be honest.

NO OUT OF TOWN need apply. Must currently live within 20 miles of Dothan. I do not need a Crew, only a sole proprieter (and will consider paying/contracting with your helper if needed)
