Senior Veterinary Technician (Atlanta)

Hours of operation are 8:00a-6:30p on weekdays and 9:00a to 1:00p on Saturdays. Our technicians are well utilized and extremely important to fulfilling doctor's treatment plans. This is an active and exciting environment. You will see a wide variety of cases and work with some of the best doctors, techs, and receptionsists in the city. Our clients are outstanding.

Requirement - proficiency in each of the following:

- Appropriate forms of restraint

- Venipuncture

- IV placement

- Proper sterile technique

- Anesthesia monitoring

- Radiography - positioning - safety certification

- Dentistry

- Administer medication, fluids

- Glucose curves, diabetic support

- Client education

- Excellent client communication

We are a 9 doctor practice located in Midtown Atlanta. We are looking to hire a senior tech or an LVT/RVT. Our work environment emphasizes strong communication, quality care for pets with a good environment for all staff. The entire teamfrom Front Desk to DVMs to Techs and Kennel Assistants works together to provide excellent patient care and great overall experiences for clients.

Compensation is competitive, based on experience.
