Our rapidly growing door and staircase manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced Iron Welder/Fabricator. We are looking for someone to weld and fabricate high end decorative stair railings for both interior and exterior staircases. We are looking for that individual who is motivated, self-starting and can trouble shoot and problem solve in the field as needed. Quality, professionalism and courtesy to our customers is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must have clean driving record

- Must be able to lift over 50+ pounds on a repetitive basis and over rocky terrain

- Experience welding, iron and aluminum with level, rake and radius parts.

- Measuring, cutting and fabricating welded parts as needed on jobsite

- Must be able to problem solve design/build issues on site as needed

- Experience with woodworking, house framing and/or carpentry is a plus

- Exceptional Math skills needed

- Work Safely and Efficiently with little supervision

- Achievement of quality and cleaning standards

- Must have good customer service skills

- Observing and following all company procedures and policies
