At nearly $65bn in AUM, the team is comprised of more than 170 professionals across six markets with key functional areas of portfolio management, research, acquisitions, asset management, debt capital markets, marketing/client services, financial/tax, and development and engineering. Our expertise spans from core real estate to opportunistic strategies, across the capital stack (debt & equity), as well as in various mandate formats (open-end, close-end fund, and separate accounts). Additionally, Fund offerings include open end direct real estate offerings for defined contribution plans.Essential Job Functions (Job Description)Attain broker-dealer placement of J.P. Morgan's real estate solutions in the independent, regional, and broker-dealer channel.

Collaborate with internal Sales channel to proactively contact broker-dealer firms to identify avenues for penetration of our real estate solutions, including but not limited, to new advisor referrals, conference/meeting opportunities, and website presence.

Coordinate the business development effort contributing to the success of the organization by establishing key client relationships and develop, coordinate, and manage broker-dealer firms' campaigns and marketing support activities.

Perform a variety of sales functions including client meetings, client follow-up, proposal generation, presentations, public speaking, and attending seminar and industry events.

Develop a clear understanding of client's strategic objectives.

Provide product information, gather marketing data, and offer sales/marketing solutions.

Deliver the platform and firm resources to the client.

Keep abreast of the competitor landscape, providing insights and messaging to best position our strategies to compete

Monitor and analyze broker-dealer firm's campaigns and marketing support activities for real estate

Monitor and analyze broker-dealer firm's sales activities and competitors' coverage.

Work closely with sales team to exchange ideas and formulate strategies for increased penetration within targeted firms.

Assist in gathering information on emerging trends within the broker-dealer community.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience successfully raising capital for real estate investment strategies extensive network of relationships with Retail Financial Intermediaries excellent presentation skills which enable the delivery of concise and persuasive new business presentations and investment reviews; excellent written and oral communication skills and intellectual curiosity in the subject matter; strong relationship building skills applicable to external clients, internal colleagues within Real Estate and across JPMorgan a strong understanding of regional economic forecasts and the ability to interpret them relative to the performance of all products being represented by this team; ability to incorporate current economic forecast information provided by other professionals within the organization plus ability to seek out and integrate relevant external economic and other related investment and product information into communications with clients, prospects and consultants a working knowledge of portfolio construction, how real estate fits within a mixed asset portfolio and how real estate allocations are structured; an ability to articulate and discuss fund/portfolio and underlying investments; a strong work ethic; results oriented; willing to travel extensively to ensure successful results; the highest ethical values in professional and personal conductUndergraduate degree in business or related field (higher level of education preferred, MBA/CFA)Series 3, 7 and 63 certifications (or willingness to achieve)JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
