Together, we are on a quest to change banking for good.Sr. Treasury Management Associate - New York, NY / Dallas, TX / New Orleans, LAAligned to one or more Commercial Banking business segments, the Senior Treasury Management Associate (TMA) provides primary sales support to aid in meeting revenue targets. Working throughout the sales cycle with the Treasury Management Sales (TM Sales) team, the TMA provides key support by maintaining a client focus with an awareness and understanding of operational aspects of implementing products and services. This role supports sales operational activities, facilitates client onboarding of treasury services (and potentially deposit products), along with assisting TM Sales with ongoing client relationship management activities. The goal of the position is to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to help clients quickly onboard to their products/services and support them in ramping up to full utilization .Treasury Management Associates regularly identify opportunities to improve the client experience and enhance Capital One’s brand in the marketplace. The Senior Associate works closely with TM Sales to understand the needs of clients and is responsible for creating customized client centric sales materials, reinforcing a consultative approach. They regularly solve basic to intermediate treasury management related problems and delegate more complex issues to the appropriate channel. Leveraging their network of peers and other channels, they collaborate across business lines to create by-in and complete work while using sound judgement in assessing risk. The Senior Associate values and fosters a spirit of teamwork and cooperation across value streams, sharing best practices. As an entry level position in Treasury Management, this position requires managerial guidance with expectation of increased independence as associates become more skilled in the role.Responsibilities:

Utilizes technical product knowledge to assist with sales call preparation by performing a variety of sales and marketing functions including preparing account schematics, pricing proformas, proposal documentation and provides inputs into sales/relationship review presentations.

Assist with client acquisition and deepening of existing relationships though identification of client needs

Prepares, reviews, and executes treasury management documentation in accordance with Capital One’s policies and procedures.

Partners to ensure appropriate credit approval is in place for selected products to ensure compliance. (market driven)

Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate billing of products and services.

Assist clients in navigating the bank by liaising with Client Services, Implementations, and other partner teams.

Routes client service issues to appropriate partners for completion, and communicates ownership back to stakeholders.

Assists Treasury Management Sales in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and existing clients, and updates pipeline as needed.

Takes ownership of metrics defined in the TM Dashboards and actively works to ensure items are updated accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of financial services , bank operations, or client services experience

Basic level of treasury management product knowledge

Delivers timely, error-free work

Ability to balance competing priorities with solid follow up

Strong oral and written communication skills

Good business acumen
