Job Number: 205103The Pharmacy Technician I, under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department and is responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction. Required Certification & Licensure: Pharmacy Technician State of Florida Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program which has to be completed within 6 months (currently approved for St. Joseph's Hospital, Morton Plant Hospital, Winter Haven Hospital, Bartow Regional Medical Center and St. Anthony's Hospital). Preferred experience is 1 year Institutional Practice.
