Senior Property Manager for Immediate Hire (Pauls Valley, OK)

We are an established property management company located in the Pauls Valley, OK area. We are currently seeking Apartment Property Managers for 64 units.

To be considered:

-Must be Bilingual preferred but not required.

-Must have 3+ Years of Supervisory Property Management Experience in Real Estate, Residential Buildings (Apartment complex only).

Assists in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Property Managers, and primary responsibility for ensuring the physical asset and performance of assigned properties.

The ideal candidate is polished, a team-player and energetic.

Must have excellent customer service, excellent organizational and communication skills to supervise multiple properties for Apartment Complex.
