Carpenter/Handyman (Greenville area)

I am looking for a talented carpenter who will also do some handyman work immediately.

Must be a carpenter with remodeling experience.

MUST be able to do the projects listed below with a high degree of skill with the exception of the flooring.

Must be able to install interior and exterior trim, cabinets, door and window repairs

Small painting projects.

Exterior door replacement.

Exterior and interior trim repairs.

Must be able to pay attention to detail.

Must have tools to do this kind of work.

Spatiality tools provided.

Must be able to carry a small step ladder to and from jobs sites.

Must be able to work alone on projects.

There could be multiple jobs on the same day.

PLEASE do not apply if you cannot do the type of work listed above with a high degree of skill.

Drywall taping a plus, but not necessary.

Please be proficient at all of the above except the taping.

Must be people friendly and punctual.

The work area is as follows: lower Greer, lower Taylors Greenville, Piedmont, Maudlin, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn.

There is a 2-week trial period.

Must be able to start fairly soon.
