Personal Assistant Position/Project Manager (Dunsmuir, CA)

Small business owner and online educator for middle and high school students is seeking personal assistance for help in moving my life and health projects forward. I have recently moved to Dunsmuir from the Bay Area.

I’m looking for a can-do person with a big heart; someone who thrives in organizing things (like helping me set up my kitchen, organizing supplies, managing projects that involve a handyman or other service professionals); loves creating beauty (helping me keep my space organized, inviting and soothing), and someone with interest in spiritual / plant-medicine and holistic health perspectives as these are a staple of my daily life. I have a particular need at the moment for helping me organize my place to get it ready to host guests who will care for me after a surgery in July so someone who loves creating beautiful and loving touches in spaces will be wonderful. Other potential tasks include booking medical appointments for me, submitting and following up on claims to health insurance, and emailing contacts on my behalf.

I’m 40, female, believe in conscious living, miracle mindset and finding joy in the wabi sabi of life. You will be an essential person in my personal projects. Experience in project management and organization is a must, as are excellent communication skills. Experience in an executive assistant role is highly desired; interests in the healing arts and/or creative arts and design a plus. You must be able to juggle many projects at once. We will accomplish work on a project-by-project basis. I will be grateful to you for helping me have a beautiful, even joyous, recovery and for helping me elevate my personal projects and goals.

Hourly rate is generous and depends on experience. This position will be paid as an independent contractor from my business. A car is needed for errands; expenses for mileage are covered. (Mileage expense does not include personal commute.) I am seeking someone who can get started right away.
