In this Legal Staffing Recruiter role, you will:
Work closely with firm management and human resources to fill their open jobs.
Keep in touch with law firms to stay up-to-date on positions as they become available
Work with firm personnel to schedule interviews and field questions about the candidates
Meet over Zoom and screen candidates
Screen applicant rigorously to determine which ones you will work with
Interview candidates that make it through the screening process
Submit candidates to firms and set up interviews
Source for candidates using the best software packages in the industry
Work with the team hand-in-hand
Attend regular Zoom meetings
Attend conferences and events
Source for new job orders
Set up interviews and negotiate the deal
Have as much fun as you possible can
Your qualifications as a Legal Staffing Recruiter:
Must have a legal staffing background or a position in a law firm, preferably paralegal
Highly motivated to take on and succeed in this exciting Legal Staffing Recruiter role
Excellent writing and communication skills
Willing to go the distance - do what it takes to be successful
Stable work history
Sales background preferred
BA degree
Paralegal certificate preferred
High profile in the legal industry preferred
