Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager (Kirby @ 59)

We are a small, but quickly growing, Personal Injury law firm in need of an experienced bilingual personal injury case manager for immediate hire.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish), highly motivated, have a demonstrated ability to perform under strict deadlines, and want to be a part of helping our practice continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

Answering Phones;

Intake of New Clients

Scheduling Consultations;

Prepare Documents (LOR, LOP, POE)

Assist attorneys with pre-litigation case management;

Request/Review Medical Records;

Tracking Case Progress;

Speak with providers and insurance adjusters;

Inform clients of settlement progress;

Qualifications:

-Bilingual (Spanish) a MUST

-Minimum 1 year personal injury case manager experience is required, however applicants with less experience will be considered if prior employment was at a high volume Houston personal injury firm.

- Clio Experience a Plus

Pay:

Competitive Pay Based On Experience

$20/hr., 40 hours/wk., 9am-5pm, M-F.
