Social Distancing Pool Monitor (Falls Church)

Community pool hiring responsible adults to help enforce social distancing.

To do this job well, you’ll need confidence paired with diplomacy. You’ll need to give reminders that are both forceful and kind to both young children and adults of all ages.

As this is a customer-facing role, you’ll be required to wear a mask throughout each shift.

This job is outdoors and largely unshaded and requires you to be on your feet keeping an eye over a large area.

Shifts are five to six hours long and you can expect to work three to five shifts per week. We are open every day from now through Labor Day.

All candidates will undergo a background check.
