Elon Property Management Company has a large presence in the Atlanta market and is looking to recruit team-oriented talent to join our work family! As a working Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with your support team: Community manager, District manager, Regional project manager, and Regional VP.

We currently have 2 opportunities open - 1 in Union City at our 60 unit property and 1 in Newnan at our 71 unit property.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who is a team player, self-motivator and a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. This position is full time. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story constructions, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.

General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
