I have spent the last 9 months developing a breeding operation in my home for an excellent live feeder for reptiles and amphibians. The adults used to produce the caterpillar feeders are 5 Spotted Hawk Moths which are amazing creatures that are surpriingly tame. Although they are extremely difficult to breed, I have done extremely well and my operation is producing phenomenal quantities of little caterpillar feeders. There is a huge demand for these feeders by pet stores and reptile/amphibian breeders and because of the difficulty in breeding them, nobody else is doing so anywhere in this area or even within several hundred miles of this area. The amount of work required to keep up production in order to meet the demand for them is more than one person can do. The eggs must be collected and cleaned, baby caterpillars must be transferred from old food to new food, large caterpillars must be transferred to containers of dirt where they will transform into moth cocoons, the containers of moth cocoons must be misted daily and checked twice per week to remove the ones that are empty from the moth's emergence or occasional death (at least 90% are curre6 making it all of the way from caterpillar to moth), and any newly emerged moths must be transferred from the cocoon storage cage to the breeding / egg laying tent. I need to have someone helping me with all of this in my home about 20 hours per week. The problem with hiring someone right now is a Catch-22 situation. The breeding operation cannot generate enough income to pay for a helper until the sales volume increases but the sales volume cannot increase until I have help to increase production. What I have decided to do is convert the breeding operation into a business and offer part ownership of the business in exchange for help. I am hoping that someone taking a fresh look at my operation will offer suggestions on better ways to do things to increase production even more. One huge advantage of this business is that I have funded the entire operation so far out of my pocket so there are no investors or loans to be paid off . As soon as the sales volume increases, a few supplies must be purchased but most of the sales receipts will be paid directly to the owners of the business. With help, it should only take about one month to reach the point where ownership in the business will pay someone a lot more than an hourly wage for working 20 hours per week would pay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that can wait about a month before reeiving income for their work. For the hours worked before business income begins regular payments, I am willing to offer my share of the income in effect doubling the pay for these hours. I am a very honest and trustworthy person and I am not looking for free help. I would not be offering this to anyone if I did not believe 100% that it will pay off for them. Feeders are not like other products that are purchased one time. People with pet reptiles and amphibians will be purchasing them on a regular basis. And once people learn that the pet stores we are selling them to have a regular supply of them, the sky is the limit on sales for us. These feeders grow amazingly fast which is why pet stores are currently not selling them or at least not on any kind of a regular basis. If they are shipped to the stores, the shipping cost is too high for overnight shipping and the feeders are often too large to sell when received from standard shipping times. If the stores had a local breeder they could buy these from, they will jump at the chaƱce to do so. I am too worried about keeping up production by myself to offer them to more than the one store I have offered them to . That store is currently buying them on a regular basis. To get an idea of potential income, I am currently selling them at 50 cents each. I have had 1,500 baby caterpillars hatch in the last 4 days. If all of them were to make it from babies to juveniles when they are sold, that would be $750 earned in 4 days. And with help, these numbers should go up making this an excellent opportunity for the right person.

I do have a few requirements for the type of person I am looking for as a helper which are are as follows:

1) Not be squeamish dealing with live feeder moths and caterpillars.

2) Be observant and self-motivated where you can see what needs to be done and just do it without supervision after learning the operation.

3) Be energetic yet patient where you will take the time to do things the right way instead of taking shortcuts that could possibly harm these feeders in any one of their 3 lfe stages(egg, caterpillar, moth).

.

4) The hours are flexible where you can set your own schedule for the most part. However, once the schedule is set, I would like for you to be reliable and adhere to the schedule as close as possible. I do understand that emergencies happen and unforeseen problems arise that prevent us from working when scheduled. I just don't want this to happen more often than it should.

5) Be trustworthy where nothing is stolen or misappropriated from my home.

Please contact me by voice call or text message if you are interested in this opportunity.
