Fast paced, challenging work in a beautiful waterfront location in downtown St. Petersburg.
We are a small, tight knit team and we are looking for a strong player with at least 3 years construction/maintenance experience. Must be mechanically oriented, with relevant basic experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Must be a responsible, mature self starter. Must be able to manage multiple projects at once. Must have a valid driver's license.
This position requires physically challenging work in a marine environment. Large property. Boating experience, metal fabrication experience, or forklift certification are all a major plus. Health insurance, vacation and 401k benefits available.
