Nurse Practitioner (Blackfoot)

We are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner in immediately. We are looking for an individual that has great interpersonal skills, is not afraid of hard work and is teachable. We have a fully integrated which means we utilize several evidence-based treatments including trigger point injections, IM injections, joint injections, mesenchymal stem cell injections, PRP injections, exercise therapy and chiropractic care. We do not and will not be prescribing any narcotics in our offices. We are fully aware that most applicants are not experienced in some of these treatments. When we find the right candidate(s) we are willing to train them. We are looking for someone that would be willing to work part time at first but within in a few months can possibly work full time. We are willing to pay the going rate for the locations we are located with the possibility for advancements in pay as the business increases.
