Full Time Legal Assistant

Seeking a Superstar Legal Assistant! We are a small, modern Immigration and Family Law firm on Chicago's North Side. We are a very progressive customer centric firm with a calm and inviting office culture. We provide full benefits, all Federal Holidays are paid time off and we rarely work past office hours! The position is an in-office position with the possibility of being part time remote after a waiting period.

This role will support both the Family Law and Immigration sectors of the firm. A strong applicant will have superb written and verbal English communication skills paired with experience in a client-facing role.

The position will require a candidate who is analytical, has strong problem solving skills, is tech savvy and is comfortable with working directly with all clients. Someone who is invested in changing people's lives!

A BA degree or equivalent experience is required and prior experience is strongly preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in family law or immigration law. Bilingual is a plus. Living in the City of Chicago is mandatory.

The position is available immediately and salary is negotiable and will vary based on experience.
