Property Maintenance Technician (Rotterdam NY) New luxury apartments

Richbell Capital is looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Technician. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of clubhouse , common areas and model apartments.

- Painting, Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.

- Make ready units for new move‐ins.

- Rotating on call for 24 hour emergency maintenance

- Special projects as directed.

- Some electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry.

Qualifications:

- Experience with common tools and proficiency in unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks.

- Must be prompt, on time to work and have good, regular attendance.

- Adheres to and complies with company safety policies and rules and wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed. Adheres to OSHA safety standards that are applicable for the safe performance of job.

- Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co- workers, vendors, etc.

- Must have mode of communication in which to be contacted at home to respond in cases of emergency.

- Must have valid NYS driver’s license.
