Construction and Maintenance Company looking for Data Entry Clerk - MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Must have data entry experience and be available to start immediately.

Tasks to include:

Answering the phones and transferring to appropriate parties

Entering work order information and notes

Emailing and Mailing company information to clients

Follow up contact with clients and potential clients

Filing

other requested tasks

Individuals without resumes will not be considered

The right individual must:

Be Able to work in a fast paced environment

Have Data Entry experience

Be detail oriented

Have excellent time management skills

Must be able to prioritize

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, Quick Books and Outlook - knowledge in Canvas is a plus!
