Experienced in-home Female Caregiver (Tanner)

I am looking for an experienced female caregiver to help care for my mother, who has Parkinson's disease. This position is in my mother’s home in Tanner, AL. I need an additional person to join the team of ladies who stay with my mother 24/7. Most of the shifts will be nights and weekends.

The caregiver will provide all aspects of in-home care, and must be in good enough physical shape to assist with getting my mother in and out of bed, and transferring her from her bed to her wheel chair. The caregiver will prepare meals, assist her with eating, and assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Experience with caring for elderly people, particularly those with Parkinson's disease, is important. Being dependable, trustworthy, gentle, and patient is important. Having nursing experience (for example being a CNA) is a plus.

You must have your own transportation. A thorough background check will be performed. References are required. Smoking is not allowed.
