Industrial Maintenance Tech: 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery.

Supporting facilities equipment as needed through daily checks and inspections.

Building and installing new equipment and/ or modifying existing equipment.

Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on process and facility equipment.

Working with engineers and operations staff on machine design and equipment reliability improvements.

Supporting continuous improvement activities and initiatives.

Logging activities and progress in our SAP CMMS.

Committing to continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge with machine logic, I/O, and PLCs.

Strong technical competence in industrial automation and process machinery. This will include maintenance, repair, and operation of electro-mechanical systems.

Understanding of key components, spare parts, and maintenance intervals for electro mechanical systems.

Pneumatic and hydraulic experience.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar applications.

Safety conscious and basic understanding of OSHA, NEC, NFPA codes.

Works well in a team as well as independently, and the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in a cleanroom or GMP/ Regulated environment experience

Experience working with building and infrastructure systems including compressors, chillers, pumps, boilers, water production plant, and other facility facing equipment.

PLC programming ability.

Physical requirements:

Ability to perform duties gowned for long periods and maintain good personal hygiene, Ability to work in a high demand manufacturing setting. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This role will begin on 1st shift. Regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM but may rotate depending on business requirements.
