Roofing job site supervisor (Tampa)

We are seeking a roofing job site supervisor to join our Tampa team! You will oversee the activities of our residential production crews and report directly to our production manager

The Job Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting and coordinating all job site operations. This position supports our roofing crew leaders to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of their jobs in order to increase production.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in residential roofing installation

Job site management experience

Previous quality management experience

Knowledge of production tools and equipment

Strong leadership qualities

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's degree

Experience in the roofing/construction industry

Bi-lingual (spanish and english)
