Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

Athens Law Firm is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal with a minimum of three (3) years of experience

Candidates must have experience with case management, responding to discovery, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting pleadings, preparing for deposition and trial notebooks, preparing expert witnesses, and experience preparing for trial.

Plaintiff’s experience is preferred. If you are a defense paralegal wanting to get away from billable hours – this is the position for you

Experience with Mass Tort, Products liability or Medical Malpractice experience preferred.

Must be able to work OT and travel.
