Per Diem Paralegal or Legal Sec. Landlord/Tenant Work

I am seeking a paralegal or legal secretary to work per diem to put together and file landlord tenant evictions from complaint through warrant of removal. Must know all of the requirements for filing for non payment of rent, cause, and would be very helpful if you also know the section 8/affordable housing requirements.

You can work remotely and handle everything by email and/or if you want to work at one of our stations in the office that is okay as well.

We have many complaints that need to go out asap.
