Full Time Maintenance Tech Needed

GB Townhouses is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include: daily upkeep of the property, preparation of vacant units for occupancy, maintain and keep an inventory of supplies and equipment, operate within OSHA standards in a cost effective manner. Must be available to work on an on call basis for rotational nights and weekends. Requirements: ability to operate various hand tools and power tools, ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, effective communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HVAC, cabinetry, flooring installation, painting, plumbing and electrical.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Paid training - Medical Insurance - PTO - Company provided uniforms
