External landing pages – how to request PT, enablement intake requirements

Internal pages

Organizational structure

Capacity planning, internal projects, team priorities

Drive projects to completion by keeping stakeholders informed on project status, acquiring feedback on entablements, and holding projects accountable to established deadlines by providing guidance on projects to convert vision into well-defined roadmap of critical projects

Metrics needed evaluating success of customer enablement programs

Bring feedback together on metrics to track and how to improve program

Feedback loop, design and curation – whole cycle

Vet new intake of enablement accounts. Coordinate with manager, then communicate the distribution and assignment of work to personal training team.

Processes adjustments and improvements to TsM enablement cycles

Assist with curation and communication of enablement dashboards between requirements and project builders

Management of dashboards – architecture, data flow, maintenance

Define KPI goals, monitor for program to assist with execution and management of KPI

Strategic program goals

Help drive new program creation within PT

Collaborate with external stakeholders; NACTE broad organizational initiatives for customer success

Strategic client marketing team to campaign program for all strategic clients
