Busy entrepreneurs in need of a bookkeeper/administrative and personal assistant. We currently have 3 businesses and we are about to add a 4th! We need someone who is energetic, organized, flexible and efficient. This is a fullbtime position but there is some flexibility in the days and hours. Some of the work can be done remotely as well. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support needs of multiple companies.
Reconcile & record sales and cash transactions & file necessary IRS reporting forms.
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
Compile and match purchase orders, invoices and payments
Sort and code accounts by company and account.
Insure timely payments to all vendors.
Reconcile company/intercompany accounts.
Perform regular “closings” of monthly books (P&L’s)
Manage payroll needs including maintaining staff records.
Support company executive staff.
Run occasional errands.
Manage personal finances of business owners.

TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
Computer Literate
Microsoft Excel/Word
QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Receipt Bank
Knowledge of the Oregon Licensed Cannabis Market a plus but not required .
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and reference checks.
