Overview: We are looking for a Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. We are a full service, experienced, local roofing and construction contractor that has proven success with our A+ BBB rating and high customer review accolades. Assurance Contractors specializes in residential roofing and gutters along with commercial roofing and canopy repairs and replacements. We were recently awarded Best NOCO roofer by NOCO Style Magazine for 2019!

We offer training and ongoing education along with a highly competitive commissioned compensation plan. Assurance Contractor’s experienced team supports the sales team in the insurance paperwork to allow you to maximize your selling potential. We also provide leads and referral programs to generate a strong customer base. We are looking for hard working and self motivated individuals to join our team. Qualifications for the Roofing Sales Representative:

-High School Diploma or equivalent education required, a candidate with a college degree or 3-4 years of work experience is preferred

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

-Reliable transportation, will need to transport ladder

-Ability to pass a drug screening test and background check

-3-5 years of hospitality, customer service or past sales experience is preferred - past experience in Solar, Pest or Roofing sales is desirable

-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during high season

-Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills

-Technically savvy to learn Google Drive applications and other cloud-based software

-Smartphone proficiency required

-Physical requirements include stooping, crouching, climbing ladders, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

-Strong work ethic while promoting our values of honesty, quality, and customer service

-Ability to work well and promote a positive atmosphere with other team members in the field

Sales Responsibilities:

-Perform thorough property inspections and documenting the damages to provide a recommendation for a claim.

-Canvas neighborhoods and areas with potential damage on a regular basis to generate leads and sales.

-Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure fair inspections & ensure quality results throughout.

-Understand insurance claims, provide supplements, and negotiate with insurance on these items as needed.

-Become knowledgeable about code in municipalities you are selling in.

-Build accurate material and labor estimates for each job using our CRM software.

-Selling, generating referrals from past and current customers and providing the proper documentation to pass to the operations team for insurance and production.

-Maintain and utilize our CRM and lead tracking software. Updating customer information as needed.

-Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.

-Facilitate and oversee that final collection on sales accounts are completed.

-Obtain favorable reviews from customers by following up with them at the end of the project.

-Staying in constant communication with the customer throughout the entire process of getting their project completed.

Project Management:

-Reviewing and approving pre-production plans prior to the start of each project.

-Visiting the job site prior to roof install to ensure material delivery is correct.

-Collect a down payment check from the homeowner and answer any pending questions.

-Touch-base with the roofing crew as needed to ensure proper installation of the roof.

-Complete the final inspection after trades have been completed on each property.

-Documenting and taking detailed photos of outstanding issues that need additional work and/or repairs completed.
