Determines the severity of each request and prioritizes follow-up contact.

Communicates directly with customers to understand and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner.

May visit the work site to investigate issues.

Enters data into a database management system.

Monitors cases to ensure a timely resolution.

Maintains files and records.

Establishes and prepares reports.

May provide direction to staff.

Performs related responsibilities as required.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:Manage the opening and closing of the Fulfillment Services Office.

May work before and after events outside of typical work schedule, as needed.

Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from internal/external customers and provide the right answers/directions.

Manage travel arrangements.

Manage and triage a helpdesk system.

Manage financial responsibilities, such as, purchasing, expense reports, journals, etc.

Manage the day to day office management responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A high school diploma or equivalent. Three years of customer service experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent Customer Service.

Strong people skills.

Good conflict resolution skills.

Skilled in office supplies/inventory procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other general computer skills.

Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to serve as a notary for the Rollins School of Public Health Community.

Ability to multi-task.
