Proscapes, Inc . An Established Landscape Company located in Skagit and Whatcom Counties is looking for a Project Manager to lead our Maintenance Division.
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the recruitment, development, coaching, training, and supervision of the employees in our maintenance division. The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service, communication, and follow up skills and be able to provide our customers with best in class service. Bilingual in both Spanish and English is required.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of 15-30 employees / 8-9 maintenance crews March through November every year
Will reduce to 2-3 crews November through March, and as needed for snow removal
Maintains all safety protocols.
Ensures that all employees obey all safety regulations
Responsible for creating, modifying, and updating routes for each crew, every day
Ensures employees have the tools, equipment, and safety gear needed to safely complete their duties
Oversees crews and completeness of all ProScapes maintained sites
Checks employee timesheets for accuracy and works with the payroll department on changes or special conditions
Ensures crews maintain a presentable truck and trailer: clean and properly stored
Adjust seasonal workloads as needed
Oversees 250+ maintenance contracts in Skagit and Island Counties
Responsible for creating maintaining, and updating customer contracts
Is the first point of contact for all ProScapes maintenance customers in Skagit and Island Counties
Works directly with AR department to ensure accurate billing of customers
Provides hands on training to on site employees to accomplish project goals and maintain schedules for timely completion
Education, Skills, and Experience:
2+ years in commercial landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, planting, and hardscaping or a combination thereof
2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Landscaping, or other related major a plus but not required
Expected to be hands on with projects and crew members
Valid and Insurable Washington Driver’s License

Capable of interacting with employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner
Must be Bilingual in both Spanish and English
Pay: This is a Full Time, salaried position. Pay is DOE.
