Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In these roles, you may:Commercial Banking:Data, Transformation, and Sales Enablement - Data Team ( Charlotte, NC ) This Data Business Analyst role will work on the build out Data Products (eg: Total Credit Exposures, Loan Origination, Loan Servicingetc) as part of the broader Commercial Bank Lending Transformation program. This role will require the individual to partner closely with the business and technology teams, and help bridge the gap, solicit requirements and document user stories.Role Specific Qualifications:Strong understanding of Commercial Banking ecosystem in particular systems, data, processes, and architecture

Experience with various authorized system of record and system of origination and apps such as LoanIQ, AFS, iHub, WDM, WCDIR etc

Data Analysis/Mapping, Data Lineage, Data Governance, Data Quality experience

Consumer Lending:Merchant Quality Assurance Team ( Charlotte, NC; West Des Moines, IA ) The Business Execution role will work within the Quality Assurance testing team, proactively identify risk issues, perform route cause analysis and work with lines of business to create action plans to address issues. Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures. Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.Role Specific Qualifications:Business operations and analysis experience, with the ability to consult across the business groups

Experience with proactive identification of risk issues within QA testing

Process improvement experience

Merchant Services Operations ( Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Concord CA ) This Business Execution role will support identified operations improvements by assessing suitability of data analysis and information technology and systems in support of 2022 Top 5 Initiatives. They will drive effective solutions, working cross-functionally with Wells Fargo Merchant Services (WFMS) Operations teams and Technology & Data Analytics teams, to ensure resulting information or design will solve as well as address WFMS Operations goals and objectives. They will document all system development lifecycle requirements on behalf of WFMS Operations and provide executive management reporting requests, as needed.Role Specific Qualifications:Business process design

Skilled in creating reporting and dashboards for executive review

Tableau experience

Strategy, Digital & Innovation:Innovation & SDI Operations team ( San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; San Leandro, CA; Concord, CA; Fremont, CA ) The Senior Digital Product Manager/Business Analyst will lead analysis efforts on a scrum team, aligned to the Manage My Relationship (MMR) customer journey in the Digital Servicing Communities. As part of a scrum team, this influencer will be building and implementing Digital capabilities and Self-Service Experiences, which empower customers and Wells Fargo to quickly and securely fulfill digital banking and financial needs. As Wells Fargo transforms to a Mobile/Digital First, customer-centric, self-service strategy to meet customer needs, digital capabilities, which support customers' self-serve at home, in Branch and in the Contact Centers, are critical to our customers and company's success.Role Specific Qualifications:Digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Experience in agile software development or digital experience, JIRA, Confluence or JAMA.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward

Job Expectations:Must be able to attend full duration of 8-week internship program working in office 3 days per week/ remote 2 days per week, from September 12- November 4 with an anticipated promotion for those successful in internship to full-time roles the week of November 7
