Kforce has a client in search of a Program Manager - Digital Initiative - Financial Services in Aliso Viejo, CA.Summary:As a Digital Initiatives Program Manager, you will help roadmap our plans, help resolve resourcing needs, develop process recommendations, handle escalated risks and issues, facilitate stakeholder/sponsor meetings, and provide oversight and coordination for project managers on multiple initiatives. If you're an expert in handling multiple projects and using multiple management methodologies, you're exactly who we are seeking.Key Tasks:
Attend Digital Transition and cross-initiative meetings, effectively representing full initiative scope and projects; Attend meetings in lieu of initiative owners as needed
Maintain initiative area roadmap and cross-effort dependencies; Actively work to resolve interdependency challenges and clear roadblocks
Perform all financials roll-up and reporting for all projects, including coordinating monthly spend reporting, cost/benefits case maintenance, quarterly re-forecasting and reconciliation to the cost/benefits cases, monthly cost center reconciliation and accrual analysis, and executive presentation
Provide consolidated status/progress reporting, including reporting to enterprise groups and divisional and enterprise executives; Define and prepare execution KPIs and success metrics dashboards; Understand progress and impediments of each effort, with ability to speak to all efforts/projects in the program
Handle simultaneous demands
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
8 years of successful experience in project/program management and leadership with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Broad knowledge of financial services industry products, services, markets, and technology
Use of multiple project methodologies or frameworks, including waterfall, iterative, and Agile; experience in adapting/customizing to environment and project needs while maintaining core elements
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal as well as visualizations to a variety of audiences), including the ability to influence others toward consensus
Previous oversight/coordination of project managers executing multiple projects comprising a program
Experience understanding and implementing business strategies, including project road mapping and cost/benefit case management
Ability to work effectively with all levels of division and corporate leadership
Ability to adapt and respond constructively to changes in organizational priorities and funding decisions
Excellent customer service, critical thinking, research and analysis skills
