Orthodontic Front Office Receptionist

Immediate opening for experienced office associate with experience - (preferably in the orthodontic/dental field).

This is a new opening at Matthew Ronconi Orthodontics in Salinas, CA

Must be an enthusiastic team player who is organized with excellent communication skills. We need a welcoming, friendly and professional personality.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

- greeting patients

- answering phones

- confirming and scheduling appts

- writing letters

- posting and collecting payments

- insurance benefit verification

Qualifications

-Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team setting

-Strong typing and computer skills

-Must be dependable with experience to demonstrate your qualifications.

Professional office attire is mandatory at all times.
