Paralegal

mctlaw, a downtown Sarasota, FL law firm, seeks motivated, prompt and reliable candidates for a full-time paralegal position making a real difference in the lives of people with serious injuries. We are a midsize firm serving clients nationwide.

A successful candidate will have effective oral and written communications skills, a desire to work one-on-one with attorneys in litigation, attention to details, ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts on behalf of our clients, experience drafting professional correspondences, an aptitude for prioritizing projects, and the ability to creatively problem solve.

Responsibilities include providing legal support for attorneys, act as first point-of-contact to firm clients in injury-related cases, obtain and analyze a variety of evidence for claims, assisting with preparations for trial and settlement.
