Paid Internship for Court Options

Court Options is an established company that has been at the forefront of diversion services for close to twenty years in South Florida and throughout the state. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn the entire criminal justice system and every job sector it can produce.

Interns will experience many different areas of the system. The areas will include but not be limited to; ZOOM court representation, initial intakes, and registrations for participants referred to the programs, case management, etc.

The internship will also give each participant a full view of the different criminal justice system personnel. These will include prosecutors, judges, public defenders, private criminal representation, bailiffs, county clerks, and probation and pretrial officers as well.

Court Options believes this experience will be helpful in establishing a base where interns can realize their path and goals in or out of the criminal justice system.

Responsibilities:

Each intern candidate will be asked to assist as an assistant counselor/front desk personnel, ZOOM court representative, and case manager.

This is a wonderful opportunity with a dynamic agency and a leader in the field of criminal justice supervision.

Preferred Hours 8:30am- 1:30pm.

Would consider after 2 pm applicants as well.
