DescriptionAn accounts receivable clerk is needed immediately for a temporary to a full-time position in Iowa City, IA! Accountemps is working with a premier local employer that is experiencing continued success and growth to fill several accounts receivable clerk roles. The accounts receivable clerk will be reviewing client credit limits and working closely with the production and sales departments, along with posting payments and contacting B2B customers with aged accounts. This opportunity will begin on a temporary basis for at least 6 months, with a strong potential of becoming full-time depending on candidate performance.Our client is a trusted manufacturing company with centralized accounting services in Waverly. This is a high-performing accounts receivable department with an emphasis on employee morale and success. The accounts receivable clerk will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of overtime.Strong candidates for this accounts receivable position will have previous experience in accounts receivable and/or a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
