DescriptionPosition: Shipper/Packer Location: Naval Air Station Lemoore, CAStatus: Full Time, ContingentTravel: N/A Clearance: Active Secret Clearance RequiredBenefits: 401K, Life/Health/ Dental/Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Sick LeaveDescription: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Shipper/Packer Position in support of a NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Material Management and Logistics Contract. This position operates in a professional warehouse executing the following tasks: administrative and reporting functions, receiving, warehousing, material issue, shipment preparation, inventory control, transportation, packaging (PPP&M), and customer service support. The Shipper/Packer prepares finished products for shipment or storage by placing them in shipping containers.Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

Screen materials for packaging in accordance with P700-Common Naval Package (CNP) requirements.

Ensure packaged material has the proper documentation and is properly displayed with a document number.

Verify manifest address is visible to avoid confusion with “ship-to” addresses on shipping documents.

Establish and maintain communication with points of contacts for proper container usage.

Communicate with customer or local Technical Assistance for Repairables Program (TARP) identifying any current or potential issues with container shipment/utilization.

Uses WMS and other Government Data Systems resolving common error conditions; may respond to computer output instructions or error conditions, following SOPs.

Education / Experience Required:

HS Diploma/GED required

Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System.

Must pass the Drug, Background Check & pre-employment tests if applicable.

Must have minimum of two years’ experience operating MHE (forklift, stock selector, pallet jack)

Must be detail oriented and organized.

Prior working knowledge of the P700- CNP.

You must be able to lift, carry, move, push, pull up to 40 pounds unassisted and be willing to wear all required safety equipment.

Must have minimum of intermediate computer skills
