FULL TIME (FT) AND PART TIME (PT) OPPORTUNITIES

The Tanoan Community Association, Inc., a leading provider of residential gated community operations in Albuquerque, is seeking qualified Gatehouse Operations and Community Patrol team members to join our growing team.

At The Tanoan Community Association, our Gatehouse Operations and Community Patrol team members are responsible for maintaining a safe environment to all employees and residents in a high-quality manner to meet and exceed expectations and Associations standards.

Access into The Tanoan Community Association is provided by onsite staff that plays a pivotal role in making The Tanoan Community Association the safe community it is, which certainly contributes to the quality of life all residents enjoy when they are here. In addition to manning the access gates into the community, the Association staff performs regular patrols throughout community to enforce the subdivision rules and regulations of the Association.

Successful candidates may be scheduled to work days, evenings, or overnight, and MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKEND HOURS.

Previous experience is not required; we will train the right candidate with the right attitude! This is an excellent job for those that may be ex-military, semi-retired or retired individuals, individuals looking of r a pert-time or second job, college students, and/or anyone seeking to work for an employer with integrity.

Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)

Security: 1 Year (Preferred)

We have positions available NOW that offer an extraordinary opportunity for working in a residential gated community as a GATEHOUSE ATTENDANT / COMMUNITY PATROL in Albuquerque with starting wages from $12.00 per hour.
