1099 Construction Supervision

We have a need for a full-time construction superintendent (supervision) on a project coming to the Buffalo area. This project is an interior tenant improvement remodel (day work except for 2 weeks of night-work demo). Ideally we can hire someone on a weekly basis for $3k per week. There are other opportunities to take on trade work on the same project for additional compensation. Candidate must maintain liability ins and workers compensation or prove exemption from workers compensation requirements.
